Am I able to extend my trip if it’s already started?

What if I’m in an accident during my rental?
First, make sure everyone is ok and call the police. Next, please call us at 515-729-3820 to let us know what’s happened. Insurance coverage is included with every rental. The insurance cards will be in the glovebox or we provide you the info for who to call.
Do I have to pay via Credit Card?
Yes – this is because we need to be able to hold a security deposit for every rental.
Is there a mileage limit?
Are pets allowed?
Of Course! Pets are included at no additional charge though if there are any particularly difficult messes to clean up, we may include a specialty cleaning fee.
